I’m a Bay Area “transplant” from the East Coast, and when I first started gardening here in our amazing Mediterranean–but foggy–climate, I was surprised at how different, and exciting, and frustrating it was!
Over the last ten years, I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my garden, and those mistakes both discouraged me and taught me a lot. I want to help other gardeners, especially those new to the unique features of our climate, to avoid those same mistakes, and have more success and fun gardening in our beautiful little patch of California.
When I’m not weeding or harvesting from my little garden in Brisbane, CA, I can be found hanging out at a park with my kids, trying out a new sewing pattern, or making websites.
